Independent Tree Care Inc. was founded on a simple belief: Ottawa's mature trees deserve the same level of professional care as any other long-term investment. We bring certified expertise, honest assessments, and a genuine love for arboriculture to every job.
Why we started

Independent Tree Care Inc. was born out of frustration with the status quo. Too many Ottawa homeowners were watching their valuable mature trees decline — not from disease or age, but from poor pruning, improper planting, and a lack of access to qualified arboricultural advice.
We set out to change that. From day one, our practice has been built around ISA standards, evidence-based treatments, and the kind of honest communication that lets homeowners make confident decisions about their trees.
Today we specialize in advanced services such as — cabling and bracing, root collar excavation, and root zone amendment — because those are the services that make the real difference for trees worth saving.
